This event will be held in a marquee on the lawns in front of Hartpury House

*If you are purchasing a +1 ticket, please be aware U18's cannot have an over 18 guest and the +1 tickets must be purchased on a separate transaction*

Detailed Description

Terms and conditions

• This is for student entry to the Hartpury Summer Ball 2025
• The event will start at 9pm and finish at  3am. Last entry to the Ball is at 11pm
• The dress code for this event is smart casual (no trainers or jeans/joggers)
• This event is for Hartpury University and Hartpury College students plus a guest only. Residential & non-residential students can attend this event.
• Please note that Non-residential college students are NOT permitted to stay overnight on campus
• You must bring your student card with you to this event. You will not be able to enter the event without your student card as your Student card is your ticket. You will not receive a paper ticket
• Retain your e-receipt as proof of purchase
• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets are non-transferable
• Alcohol sales will be available to over 18s only
• Proof of age is required for alcohol sales
• In order to purchase drinks (alcoholic or soft) from the bars you MUST -purchase drinks tokens. (You can pre-purchase as well buy on the night) Information about how to do this will be sent in advance of the Ball
• Food can be purchased with cash or card
• Hartpury’s non-academic behaviour management policy is still applicable at this event
