Final Instalment for U18 Rugby Tours 2026

This instalment is for those wanting to attend the South Africa tour in Easter 2026.

YR2 students will take precendence for these tours. Any YR2 student who isn’t selected for the tour will be refunded. Please only pay this if you have been confirmed in the tour squad.
However, there may be a number of YR1 students undertaking tour in 2026 dependant on YR2 group size, availability, injuries etc.
If a YR1 student does not tour in 2026, any payments made will automatically rollover to the 2026/27 tours.

Payment of this instalment is a commitment that you want to attend either tour and a full refund can not be guaranteed if you decide not to attend either tour or receive a disciplinary meaning you are not allowed. Please note, the safety and wellbeing of all trip attendees is our priority and all students attending are reviewed prior to the trip commencing by our Safeguarding Committee. Should we have any behavioural or safeguarding concerns relating to your son/daughter attending, we may need to ask them not to attend the trip. Unfortunately, we would not be able to refund a deposit at this stage
