This instalment is for those wanting to attend the South Africa tour in Easter 2027.

YR2 students will take precedence for these tours.
However, there may be a number of YR1 students undertaking either tour in 2027 dependant on YR2 group size, availability, injuries etc.

If a YR1 student does not tour in 2027, any payments made will automatically rollover to the 2028 tours.

Payment of this deposit is a commitment that you want to attend tour and a full refund can not be guaranteed if you decide not to attend the tour or receive behaviour management sanctions meaning you are not allowed.

Please note, the safety and wellbeing of all trip attendees is our priority and all students attending are reviewed prior to the trip commencing by our Safeguarding Committee. Should we have any behavioural or safeguarding concerns relating to your son/daughter attending, we may need to ask them not to attend the trip. Unfortunately, we would not be able to refund a deposit at this stage
