Description

It is recommended that students attend the pesticide courses in the 2nd or 3rd year and not in the 1st year.

This course is for FE and HE Students only. You will be contacted with your allocated date.

This is a two day course preparing candidates to take NPTC PA2 Ground Crop Sprayer (Boom) Test


 

Detailed Description

Course Content Working principles Calibration Checking and maintenance Operation of the sprayer Entry Qualifications Applicants must hold the PA1 Foundation Certificate before taking the PA2 test. Additional Information: Students must bring a pen, notepad and calculator and wellington boots.  You will require spray coveralls and nitrile gloves. These are available to purchase on the day (coveralls £10 and nitrile gloves for £3 per pair), or you can bring your own if you have them. NOTE: Attendance on this course does not automatically achieve the Certificate of Competence Price includes NPTC registration and test fee. The test is held on a separate day.
