This is payment for attending Hartpury’s College Hockey Training sessions
-This payments helps to cover the cost of facility hire for the duration of the academic year.
-For academic year 25-26 Hartpury have not entered a College team into competition but, the Hartpury Active Team are trying to arrange appropriate friendlies, members will be advised when these will be.
-There is a weekly training session Training is on a Monday, 4-5pm at Plock Court in Gloucester.
-Hartpury Active team provide Transport to and from the venue. The minibus Leaves Hartpury at 3:45pm and returns to Hartpury by 5:30pm. Parents/ Carers can collect their young person from Plock Court if they wish.
-This fee must be paid by your second attendance
-There is also ad-hoc training on a Wednesday 12-2pm at Plock Court. This training is in conjunction with the university teams who will train at the same time. This training is only available when the University teams do not have matches and these sessions will be advised in advance.
-By joining Hockey, you are confirming that you will adhere to all code of conducts detailed in the Hartpury Sport Athlete Guide and, acknowledging that you have read through the supporting academic achievement for sports academy students’ policies.
-During your time as a player, Hartpury may collect, use, and process your personal data as outlined in the Hartpury General Privacy Notice.
