The summit will be led by BHS Fellow and Team GBR Para Dressage Pathway Manager, Erik Mackechnie-Guire. Erik will lead us through how he works with a variety of horse-rider combinations from a coaching perspective, and how he communicates with the rest of the multidisciplinary team when supporting riders.
