11:00 - 12:30 Breathing apparatus/search and rescue/lifting techniques. vehicle extraction/Long board/Scoop stretcher
12:30 – 13:00hrs Lunch
13:00hrs – 14:30hrs CPR/Defib and recovery position in stations/groups
14:30 – 15:15 Catastrophic bleed/wound packing and tourniquet (Fake Blood)
15:15-1530 Fire Extinguisher Demonstration
