This is for FE and HE Students only. You will be contacted to arrange a date.
This is a 2 day LANTRA course and covers:
- Safety and legal requirements, with an emphasis on safe practices, warning signs and guards
- Recommended protective clothing for safe operation in all conditions
- Pre-riding checks and routine maintenance in accordance with the operator handbook
- Using the ATV safely in a range of different ground conditions

Additional Information: Students must bring strong working boots, protective clothing, packed lunch and suitable drinks Assessment is at the end of the course and is via integrated assessment and training by the trainer. Prices include LANTRA registration fee. Note: Attendance on this course does not automatically achieve the Certificate of Competence
